Report a concern

At Eyden Villarreal & Co, we are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for everyone who works with us. We take all concerns seriously and have established this reporting system to ensure that every voice is heard and every issue is addressed with the care and attention it deserves.

What you can report

This form is designed to handle a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Workplace conduct or behavior issues

  • Safety or health concerns

  • Policy violations

  • Discrimination or harassment

  • Project-related feedback

  • Any other matters affecting our work environment

No concern is too small to report. If something doesn't feel right, we want to know about it.

How it works

Once you submit a report, it will be reviewed by our designated team members who handle these matters with discretion and professionalism. We take every report seriously and will follow up appropriately based on the nature of the concern. You can expect to hear back within 5-7 business days, or sooner if the matter requires immediate attention.

Your privacy matters

All reports are handled confidentially and shared only with those who need to know in order to address the concern effectively. We are committed to protecting your privacy throughout the process while ensuring that issues are properly investigated and resolved.

Please download and fill out this form, then submit it by emailing Studio@eyden.org.

If you would rather discuss your concern with someone personally, you can reach out directly to Joel Villarreal at VRD@eyden.org or by calling + 1 (346) - 613 - 0833 .
