What is Eyden & Co.
Eyden Villarreal & Co. is a student project that is designed to collect visionary youth over the course of a summer and have them make an impact.
I built this project to show that we too can make a change!

How it works
It's exactly what it sounds like! We gather creative and expressive youth and help them develop projects over the summer that can create positive change and convey the message, "Hey, we're here to help too!"
Our goal is to demonstrate that middle and high school students can, and should, make a difference in their communities. We act as the facilitators that encourage and support their efforts!

Worked to help set up a mental health walk with the city of Brownsville PD
One group worked with the City of Brownsville PD to help organize a mental health walk at a local park.
A collaborative essay on youth mental health
The 2025 summer batch of students wrote a +10,000-word essay on youth mental health and what they think is impacting it
Helped promote local non-profits by interviewing them at local events
One group has helped local non-profits like Youth Build get seen more by providing free interviews
